Ion exchange

This selective removal of ions has the following applications:

1. Decalcification systems: Removal of hardness or water softening, through resins with high exchange capacity.
2. Nitrates/Sulphates removal systems: Removal of nitrates and/or sulphates appropriate to treat the contamination during the underground water catchment
3. Demineralization: Combination of resins to reduce simultaneously specific cations and anions in water
